The problem
Site notes, camera roll photos and a drawing marked with a biro. Somebody spends the evening stitching it together and the location is still approximate.
The method
Every finding is anchored to a coordinate on the sheet. Photo, description, standard, remedial action and status all hang off that one pin.
The output
A paginated PDF: cover sheet, drawing index with numbered pins, one block per finding, standards appendix and a signed sign-off page.

Load the drawing
Drop in a PDF or image floor plan. Multi-sheet documents are rasterised sheet by sheet, so every level of the building is one tap away.
- Step 02
Pin the exact point
Zoom, pan and drop a pin with the crosshair magnifier. Coordinates are stored as percentages, so the mark stays true at any print scale.
- Step 03
Photograph and describe
Shoot straight from the phone camera. Photos are compressed to 1600 px so a full day of evidence never blows up device memory.

Issue the report
Pick a template, add your signature and export a paginated PDF with cover, drawing index, findings, standards appendix and sign-off.

Before you start
Do I need an account to work on site?
You sign in once on the device. After that the workspace opens offline — the inspection itself never calls out to a server.
What drawing formats work?
PDF, PNG and JPG. Multi-page PDFs become a set of sheets you can switch between while pinning.
Where is my data stored?
In the browser database on the device you use. Use Export backup in Company details to move it to another machine.
Can I put my own branding on the PDF?
Yes. Logo, company details, signatory name, role and a drawn signature all carry into every report.
